1. Information we process
Anonymous account and session information
The mobile application creates an internal anonymous account so it can securely communicate with our API. This account uses a random identifier and an internal placeholder address; it does not require your name, personal email address, or phone number. We also process authentication and session data needed to keep the account secure.
Installation and technical information
We generate a random installation identifier and receive limited technical information: platform, device manufacturer and model, operating-system name and version, application version and build version, and first/last activity times. Our hosting infrastructure may also process standard request information such as IP address, request time, requested endpoint, and security logs.
Album and collection information
Albums you create or download, sticker collection status, duplicate counts, preferences, and selected images are normally stored locally on your device. They are not synchronized to our server as part of normal collection tracking.
Information you choose to share
If you explicitly use “Share as template”, the shared album snapshot is uploaded to our server. It can include the album title, description, category, pages, sticker numbers, and album or page images. We store it with a random sharing token, its creator’s internal account identifier, expiration time, and download count. Shared templates expire after 30 days.
Photos and files
If you choose an album or page image, StickUP asks the operating system to let you select it. We use only the item you select. Local images remain on your device unless they are included in a template that you explicitly share. When you export or share a list, the destination application and its provider handle the exported content under their own privacy terms.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide authentication and operate the Service;
- deliver published album templates and requested shared templates;
- maintain compatibility, reliability, and security;
- prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems;
- understand aggregate installation activity; and
- display and manage advertising where enabled.
3. Advertising and consent
Native versions of StickUP may use Google Mobile Ads to display banner and app-open advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address, diagnostic information, and interactions with advertisements to deliver, measure, limit, and protect ads.
Where required, we request your advertising choices through Google’s consent platform before requesting ads. Available choices may include consenting, declining consent, or managing purposes and partners. You can revisit applicable privacy choices from the application’s privacy options when that control is available.

4. When information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose limited information to service providers that help us host, secure, and operate the Service, and to advertising providers as described above. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.
A shared template is available to anyone who obtains its sharing link until it expires. Do not include information in an album title, description, or image that you do not want link recipients to see.
5. Purchases
If paid features become available, purchases in the Android application will be processed by Google Play. We do not receive your complete payment-card details. We may receive and process the product identifier, purchase token, purchase status and time, and related verification information to validate the purchase, provide the purchased entitlement, prevent fraud, and restore it where supported. Google handles payment information under its own privacy terms.
6. Storage and retention
Local collection data remains on your device until you delete an album, clear application data, or uninstall the application. Server-side account and installation records are retained while needed to operate and secure the Service. Shared templates expire after 30 days. Some limited records may remain longer where necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backups, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
7. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
You can remove local album information from within StickUP or by clearing the application’s storage. To request deletion of the associated anonymous account and server-side information, contact us using the address below. We may ask for information needed to locate and verify the relevant installation.
9. Children’s privacy
StickUP is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. We do not knowingly request names, personal email addresses, or phone numbers from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the application or store listing where appropriate.
